Let me start this post with a quote:
“Life is so full of unpredictable beauty and strange surprises. Sometimes that beauty is too much for me to handle. Do you know that feeling? When something is just too beautiful? When someone says something or writes something or plays something that moves you to the point of tears, maybe even changes you.” — Mark Oliver Everett [source]
No, I will not talk about beauty or Mark Oliver here. Last week, I saw an interesting thing (via Mashable) that involved YouTube, Chad Hurley (YouTube Co-Founder and CEO) and Feross Aboukhadijeh. Who’s the last person? I didn’t know also until I heard the news at that day.

In short, Feross Aboukhadijeh, a Stanford student was inspired by Google Instant and created YouTube Instant. Both shares the same functionality, but with different medium. He built this in few hours, after he made a bet with his roommate, Jake Becker.
On the next day, YouTube CEO sent him a twit — I think lots of people will be surprised to get this kind of twit:
Hey @FreeTheFeross! Loving YouTube Instant… http://feross.net/instant/ Want a job? ;) #
And,
@FreeTheFeross Are you ready to leave school? :) I’ll send you a DM. #
See the the full conversation. The story bloomed. More details about this YouTube Instant-effect on Feross’ life can be found at Feross’ blog entry. Nice!
